Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Rimnex platform (“rimnex.com”), including all associated services, APIs, products (Omnix, Spectre, PDF Engine, VidIntel), and the Rimnex Console (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. Rimnex reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Each user must maintain a unique username and email address. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform or its infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data without authorization
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code

4. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, trademarks, and technology on the Platform are the exclusive property of Rimnex or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any data, files, or content you upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant Rimnex a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the services you have requested.

5. Products & SaaS Services

Rimnex offers proprietary SaaS products (Omnix, Spectre, PDF Engine, VidIntel) accessible through individual subdomains. Each product is governed by these Terms and any product-specific supplemental terms displayed on the respective product website. In the event of a conflict, product-specific terms shall prevail.

6. Payment & Billing

Paid subscriptions and Pay-As-You-Go credits are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Lemon Squeezy to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All prices are listed in USD.

• 7-Day Free Trial: Trial is available on Starter, Growth, and Pro plans. A valid payment method is required. Your subscription will automatically renew at the plan price after the trial period unless cancelled.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Rimnex Console or the Lemon Squeezy billing portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team within 14 days of the charge.
• Pay-As-You-Go: PAYG credits are non-refundable and do not expire. Minimum deposit of $20 applies.

7. API Usage & Rate Limits

API access is governed by OAuth2 client credentials issued via the Rimnex Console. API keys are permanent and must be stored securely. Rimnex reserves the right to revoke API credentials that are found to be misused, shared, or compromised.

Each subscription tier includes defined rate limits and usage quotas. Exceeding these limits may result in throttling, overage charges, or temporary suspension of API access. Current limits are displayed in the Rimnex Console.

8. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you submit to the Platform. Rimnex does not sell, share, or monetize your data. Upon account deletion, all associated data will be permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rimnex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

Rimnex's total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Rimnex in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Service Availability & Uptime

Rimnex targets 99.9% uptime for all production services but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, and force majeure events may cause temporary service interruptions. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

11. Termination

Rimnex may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any conduct that is harmful to the Platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitation of liability) shall survive.

12. Changes to Terms

Rimnex reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
